Basic Wedding Package

We charge $3,300 for the house and grounds which includes the gardens for the day of the wedding, with 50 to 100 outdoor guests and up to 10 overnight guests for three nights.    

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, 1 day bed, and a sofa sleeper) and three bathrooms. Our kitchen is available for overnight guests and caterer assembly only.  We can recommend caterers and a rental company for tents, chairs, etc. (You are welcome to use our benches and tables.) The music must end by 9 PM, no amplifiers please. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to make the booking. The full amount is due 60 days prior to the event and a $500 security deposit is refundable if there are no issues.

Morgan Hill Retreat can be rented on the day of the wedding to dress the bride and her party. The light is wonderful for the makeup artist and the house and grounds provide a stress eliminating enviornment.
