Our Bed and Breakfast / Retreat / Guest House offers up to 4 spacious and luxurious rooms with free WIFI access. All rooms are cleaned with fragrance free products:  

Willow's Watch, with entry through the main house, offers luxurious
hi-count cotton sheets on a king size bed. This room also features a cozy day bed. There is a private bath, a view of the Olympic Mountains to the west and the picturesque barn and llamas to the south. $165/night. ($35/night extra occupant)

Llama's Lair suite includes Willow's Watch and a shared bath, (not available as single room.) Spacious and comfortable, with a view of trout pond and mountains. Queen size bed, writing table, additional $125

Hideaway is a two room suite featuring a comfortably furnished livingroom with sofa sleeper, well appointed warming kitchen, private bath and bedroom with king size bed. It's the perfect space for a writer's refuge or private, quiet get away.  $175/night  ($35/night extra occupant)

Poet's Place offers queen size bed, private 3/4 bath

Morgan Hill Retreat Vacation Rental includes all 4 bedrooms listed above, three bathrooms, and spacious living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, oven and microwave.    

B & B Policies 

Morgan Hill Retreat is a smoke free environment, no smoking anywhere on the property. 

VISA, MasterCard, personal checks accepted, no checks accepted at time of check in.

Please let us know if your party includes children under 10, restrictions may apply.

Breakfast is included with overnight stay and served between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, either in your room, on the porch or in the dining room with other guests. Please let us know in advance if you have special culinary requirements. The kitchen closes at 10 AM.
   
Your room reservation is guaranteed with a credit card deposit.  A 60 day cancelation notice is required for summer, Holiday, and Guest House bookings, 30 day notice is required to cancel a confirmed reservation without charge in the low season (October to February excluding Holidays.) 

One night reservations may be available upon request however our philosophy is that you need at least two days to "retreat.”

Check-In time is 4 to 6 PM, please let us know what time you plan to arrive. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late check out may be available to B & B guests for an additional $50, with advance notice, pending availability. Please inquire. 


Vacation Rental Policies 
Winter (October - February excluding holidays) Rates: $500/night

Summer (March - September and holidays) $600/night (3 night minimum applies in summer months)

Morgan Hill Retreat is a smoke free environment, no smoking anywhere on the property. 

A 50% deposit is required to hold a Vacation Rental reservation. Full payment is due 60 days in advance along with a $500 security deposit that will be refunded within 30 days, assuming no issues. Personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard are accepted 60 days prior to stay.

60 days cancelation policy - $500 non-refundable  deposit applies to cancelations within less than 60 days of stay. 
Breakfast is not included with Vacation Rentall, however fresh eggs are available. I am happy to prepare breakfast for an extra fee, please inquire.
